1. Admissions & Enrolment Policy

2. Attendance & Monitoring Policy

3. Refund, Withdrawal & Cancellation Policy
Purpose:
To provide transparent procedures for tuition fees, refunds, and withdrawals.
Policy Details:
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing.
- Eligibility depends on withdrawal date and course type.
- Non-refundable fees (registration, examination) are clearly stated.
- If the College cancels a course, students are offered a full refund or alternative course.
- Refunds processed within 30 working days.
Cooling-Off Period:
Students who cancel within 14 days of enrollment confirmation are eligible for a full refund, minus any non-refundable registration fee (if applicable).
Withdrawal Before Course Start:
- 75% refund if withdrawal occurs at least 30 days before start date
- 50% refund if withdrawal occurs 15–29 days before start date
- No refund if withdrawal occurs less than 15 days before start date
Withdrawal After Course Start:
Once classes have commenced, no tuition refunds will be issued. Exceptions may apply only for serious documented circumstances (e.g., visa refusal, medical emergency).
Visa Refusal (International Students):
If a student's UK visa is refused, the College will provide a refund of tuition fees paid, minus any administrative or registration fees. Refund will be processed upon submission of official refusal documentation.
Non-Refundable Fees:
- Registration or application fees
- Accommodation placement fees
- Materials or resource fees once issued
Processing Time:
Refunds are processed within 28 working days of receiving all required documentation and approval. Refunds will be returned to the original payment source.

4. Safeguarding Policy
(for students under 18)
